emotional freedom techniques information
Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT is an energy healing technique that was developed by Stanford engineering graduate and ordained Minister Gary Craig in the 1990’s. EFT is sometimes described by practitioners as a type of "emotional acupuncture" in which the fingertips are used to tap on the body's energy meridians. Emotional Freedom Techniques is a tool that specialists use to help restore emotional balance by targeting the body’s energy field. Somewhat controversial in how it actually works, EFT is an energy healing technique that is sometimes used to treat pain, emotional issues, weight loss, stress, eliminating fears, phobias and enhancing performance. Proponents say that EFT is often effective where other methods have failed.
