Learning disabilities are a wide set of developmental problems that affect the human brain's ability to receive, process, analyze, or store information. Learning disabilities often make it hard for students or other individuals to learn as quickly as someone who is not affected.  According to the experts – there are a number of “types” of learning disabilities and many affected individuals have more than one type.  Some learning disabilities can impact and interfere with the ability to concentrate or focus and in these people, the mind wanders.  In others, the opposite is true – that it is difficult for the mind to wander too much. Common learning disabilities are a difficulty for a student to read, write, spell, or solve math problems.
