About Holistic Health Coaching
Holistic Health Coaching was created out of a desire to assist woman that have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to learn to feel whole again.
Our office is set on a farm in Southern Maryland. The space is such that you feel the healing of your spirit when you step on the land.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm est.

Mary T. Bowen, MRET, Holistic Health Practitioner
Mary specializes in woman with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from combat trauma, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, trauma of any kind. She teaches woman the skills and tools to let go of their stress in the blink of an eye.
