Welcome to Carol Gray Kennedy, LCPC

I have been in practice for 10 years now, and have found it very exciting that holistic approaches have been more accepted in recent years for a myriad of health issues. Since I work in mental health, this has meant being witness to the power of moving energy and relieving depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional states.

I believe that the talk therapy I do can be a valuable piece to finding balance and serenity, and also know the power of blending this with body/energy work and lifestyle modification. My intake is an exploration of what is working and what is not, and a look at what modalities will move what is stuck or not working most efficiently and gently.

Many times, healing is a matter of giving attention to, and we will explore what it is that your body and mind are waking up to at this point in time. I believe our growth and development are what we are here to explore, and it is an exciting adventure to work with you on yours. Namaste'!
