Create Your Best Life With EFT -- and Lynne Shaner.
There is no question that stress, fear, pain, and trauma are contributors to the diseases and blocks in our lives. Stress alone accounts for approximately 70% to 90% of all visits to physicians.
We have a tool now, however, that can gently and effectively free you from these stresses and blocks. With a simple, easy-to-learn technique called EFT (emotional freedom techniques, also known as “tapping”) we can work together to resolve or eliminate challenging, painful, and emotional problems in your life.
Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT is a form of acupressure that is integrated into current science regarding the links between mind, body, the body’s energy system, and health. Together we will gently realign your body’s energy system with a simple tapping procedure. Clients of mine break through to success in all areas of their lives---professional, personal, physical, spiritual. EFT is noninvasive, remarkably swift, and often works when nothing else does.
I look forward to working together to achieve your goals. Please call first, if you haven’t already, to discuss your situation.
Initial phone consultation is free.
We work together in one-hour or 80-minute sessions. Phone sessions and in-person sessions are the same rate. Most clients prefer several sessions---many find that five is a good, solid place to begin. Your goals are paramount and we assess together the best map and strategy to achieve them.
Another great way to work is to gather a group of friends or coworkers and contact me for a tapping group that will run three to five sessions---this option is available on an occasional basis--call and we'll create what's best for you.
Session times are as follows. Please call to set up your appointments. Please see my website for more information and rates.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays; other times are available as well on an occasional basis; please call.
