There is no one "perfect diet" that works for
everyone - we are all different people living in
different bodies, therefore, every body needs a different diet.
The
Five Point Wellness Program will teach you to listen to your body, and
develop your intuition for bringing your body back to its optimum state
of balance. We offer individual programs, women's group yoga and nutrition, corporate wellness seminars, and healthy living teleclasses custom designed to improve your health and sustain balance. Are you a wellness professional? We also offer business coaching for aspiring holistic practitioner's and IIN graduates who want to build their own wildly successful practice in less time.
The Five Points
A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest and open relationships, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, a career that inspires you, and movement
that feels good to your body. These points are at the heart of the Five
Point Wellness program and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with
you to help find balance in all of these areas.
