1 1/4 cup soaked cashews
3/4 cup pure water
6 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Seas Salt
3 tsp dried dill
Soak cashews for at lease 30 minutes. Place the cashews, water, lemon juice, onion powder and salt in a blender and blend till creamy and smooth. Add dill and mix briefly. Makes an excellent dip for any raw veggie!
