Jini Carlson

Jini received her Holistic Health Practitioner Certification from Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, and has been serving the Holistic/Massage community for 18 years. She offers a wide range of Holistic Health, Massage, energy work, detoxification and stress reduction-relaxation modalities.

Having suffered from Migraines since her early teens and being a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia survivor, Jini brings a unique perspective to her work especially in the area of pain management, which is her specialty.

After a thorough anatomical and pain evaluation, each client receives an individualized recovery plan tailored to fit their specific needs and abilities. These plans consist of client participative strengthening and flexibility exercises and stretches, and nutritional needs.

For those who are seeking massage for stress reduction, Jini offers a luxurious Swedish style massage complete with aromatherapy selections, scented candles, a tinkling water fall, and soft music.

Jini understands how over-processed fast foods and chemicals found in a large portion of what we consume contribute not only to Obesity, but also too many other serious health conditions. Therefore she is a proponent of raw whole food nutrition, and works with her clients on improving what they consume and getting 9-13 servings of raw fruits and veggies each day, through a nutritional support system called Juice Plus+ - fruits and veggies in capsules.

Helping to educate individuals and groups about healthy eating and lifestyles is one of Jini’s passions, and she loves giving presentations on pain management, whole food nutrition, weight management, and stress reduction.

Jini is fully licensed by the City of San Diego, certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Workers, and fully insured by the American Massage Therapy Association.
