About Karen Roth, MS, NC
Karen Roth, MS, NC is a graduate of Hawthorn University's Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition training program. She is strong believer in the need for personalized health care for women experiencing menopause related concerns. She is one of a growing number of international health care professionals who have been trained and certified in Menopause Type® Management. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to symptoms of hormone imbalance. Once a woman's menopause type is identified, a safe and natural customized plan, including diet changes, herbal supplements and lifestyle changes is created. This can have significant results without using drugs. Her goal is to change the way people think of menopause by recognizing women fall into one of twelve different menopause types. This is determined by analyzing saliva samples and utilizing questionnaires. As a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, she considers each persons unique biochemical individuality. Karen maintains a clinical nutrition practice in Valencia and Sherman Oaks, CA consulting with clients both locally and across the country.
