We define Yoga as a multi-dimensional practice that provides benefits to peoples lives at whatever level they need. Physically, Yoga brings strength, agility, flexibility, weight loss, youthfulness, and a general feeling of well being. Mentally, Yoga brings balance and equanimity, brings stillness and peace to the mind, and allows practitioners to be masters of their mind and to conquer any mental imbalances. Spiritually, Yoga offers the ultimate experience of the Blissful realization of a person’s Divine Nature. In other words, Yoga shows us that what is most sacred and spiritual is within us, because it IS us.

South Beach is our original location and a studio that everyone loves. The South Beach Miami Yogashala is directly across the street from the ocean and has a perfect breeze blowing through the studio right off the beach. As one of the original Yoga studios on Miami Beach, the South Beach location has open since 2000.
Brickell is our second location and is minutes away from the Financial district in Miami, and moments away from Brickell Ave. The Miami Yogashala Brickell is a beautiful loft space that is just perfect for Yoga. The energy in the Brickell Yogashala is charged with spiritual vibrations as it contains many pictures of Fred Busch's guru, Swami Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
Sunny Isles Beach Is the new Miami Yogashala is located on Collins Ave right in Sunny Isles and is minutes away from Aventura, Golden Beach, Hollywood, and Bal Harbour. The Sunny Isles Yogashala has multiple rooms and is beautiful and peaceful and is located right across the street from the Ocean ---and we are excited to be there.
The practice of Yoga is here to serve you, it is that simple! We believe that if your Yoga Practice is not making your life better on many levels, then it is not correct. We don't do Yoga poses just for their own sake, but rather allow the Yoga poses to serve their role for us as we progress becoming more aware and big-hearted in our lives. Our style of Power Yoga is vigorous and challenging while also encouraging each person to take it easier or make it harder by offering variations throughout the class.
