Acupuncture Wellness Center, LCC is an integrated health care, well-being and longevity center provide full scale traditional Chinese medical techniques including acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary recommendations, and life style modification.

Acupuncture Wellness Center is dedicated to providing professional integrated health care to the community. All services are provided by Louisiana State licensed and National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(NCCAOM) certified acupuncturists and an internal medical doctor on staff.

Two of our executive acupuncturists earned undergraduate degrees in biology and then attended four-year graduate school program in traditional Chinese medicine. Their medical education included extensive training in Chinese medical theory and diagnosis, acupuncture (with additional modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, and electro stimulation), herbal medicine, nutrition, western medical theory and diagnosis, as well as traditional Chinese massage (Tui Na) and Qi Gong. The clinical training took place in a busy outpatient setting under the supervision of doctors of both Chinese and Western medicine.

Acupuncture Wellness Center also has an on staff medical doctor in internal medicine. He is also a Louisiana state licensed acupuncturist. The medical doctor will overview the patient's condition and provide modern Western medical consultation integrated with Traditional Chinese medicine.

We emphasize a patient's total health and well-being. We view each patient as an individual whose well being is affected by lifestyle, diet, emotions, attitude and environment. Thus we provide a very personalized, holistic,and preventive health care service. We not only treat the current condition, but also look for the underlying causes and improve a patient's general well being and happiness.
