1 drop clove
1 drop peppermint
4 drops lemon
Swirl gently together in a smalll container. Dip in cotton ball and inhale.
A nice way to calm down later is combine a 3 drops of sweet orange and 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of neroli in a rose hydrosol, spray your face body and pillow and enjoy sweet dreams!
