Spring nutrition & lifestyle reNUal differs from conventional weight-loss and nutritional counseling by providing a personalized approach, with recommendations based on whole, natural foods and lifestyle changes.  Whether you want to lose weight, increase energy, improve digestion, reduce stress, or generally improve overall health and wellness, we provide the information, tools, and support to accomplish the goals that are important to you.
 
At Spring, we understand that making changes in your diet and lifestyle is a multi-faceted issue, and is not always easy to do.  After all, if it was easy, wouldn't you have done it already?  With the confusing and sometimes conflicting array of information in the news it's often hard to know what you should be eating, and doing, to achieve your goals.  Our eating and lifestyle patterns have been practiced for a lifetime... and they feed us not just biochemically, but also emotionally, adding to the challenge.  And to top that all off, we live busy, demanding lifestyles that often leave us last on our list of "to-do's."
 
BUT, we at Spring also know that despite (or perhaps precisely BECAUSE of) the challenges we come upon when we endeavor to change our ways, the rewards go well beyond simply losing weight, or improving our health and energy.  While these benefits are worthwhile just in themselves, when we set out to change our diet and lifestyle, we often experience unexpected and wonderful changes that are immeasurable:

Weight Management

aWEIGH We Go!
Ready to get off the diet rollercoaster, make real, lasting changes, and shed those extra pounds once and for all?  With this package you'll get:

A personalized assessment of your nutritional gaps and symptoms.

Identify the types of foods, nutrients, and lifestyle changes that will help support YOUR body systems to heal and strengthen and come back into balance so that you can experience steady energy and permanent weight reduction.

A step-by-step plan to encourage your success.

Four one-on-one coaching sessions during which we'll review your progress and results, answer your questions, and find strategies to help you be successful in implementing the changes you want to make.

Tools and information specific to YOUR body systems and goals (including: calculation of calorie range to encourage moderate and steady weight loss, recommendations for number of servings for each food group and/or meal plan, online resources you can use, etc).

 
On My Weigh
Have you hit a plateau in your weight loss, and not sure how to get things moving again?  Think your diet is fairly healthy overall, but you want to lose a few pounds and aren't sure where to start?  With this package, we'll work with your current eating and lifestyle habits, and reNU to get the pounds coming off.  You'll get tools and information to help you and ongoing coaching for emotional and behaviour modification.

This package is generally suited for those who have completed the aWeigh We Go! package which includes personalized assessments and recommendations.  New clients may opt for this package as well, however recommendations may be less personalized.

 
TwoGether
This plan offers the same benefits of the two individual plans, but for partners (couples, family members, roommates, friends) who want to lose weight together.  A great approach that provides built in support!


 
Assessment Only
This plan is for you if you don't wish to participate in an ongoing coaching plan, but would like to have an assessment of your nutritional status and personalized recommendations of nutrients, foods, and lifestyle changes to support your body systems as you lose weight.

Includes a telephone consultation to gather some preliminary information, followed by one face-to-face or telephone session to review your assessment and recommendations, and answer any questions you may have.  Also includes 1 follow up e-mail or phone call to answer any further questions that may come up after working with the recommendations for a couple of weeks.

 

General Wellness

Diet Makeover
This plan is for you answer yes to any of the following:
  • you're eating a diet of processed foods, and want to eat more healthfully and naturally, but are unsure where to start and how to make it work for your lifestyle
  • you have specific health concerns that you want to address naturally, such as:
    • digestive issues (gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, IBS)
    • arthritis
    • food sensitivities or allergies
    • cardiovascular health (lowering cholesterol, blood pressure...)
    • managing blood sugar
    • chronic stress, low mood, anxiety
  • you're tired of being tired and lacking energy
  • you've tried to make changes in your diet and lifestyle, but find yourself falling back into old habits
The plan includes:

Refine & ReNU
For individuals who want to “fine tune” their already fairly healthy diet to improve health, energy, and overall wellness, and to get support and coaching to continue in solidifying healthy habits.
 
This package is also for the individual who has specific health concerns they wish to address but who do not need a total diet makeover.
 
Generally suited for clients who have already completed the Diet Makeover plan, which includes personalized assessments and recommendations.  New clients may opt for this package as well, however recommendations may be less personalized.

 
Assessment Only
This plan is for you if you don't wish to participate in an ongoing coaching plan, but would like to have an assessment of your nutritional status and personalized recommendations of nutrients, foods, and lifestyle changes to support your body systems.

Stress Relief

DIY Organizing
This package is great for those who have the Do It Yourself spirit!  You have the time and the desire to roll up your sleeves and dig in, but just aren’t sure where to begin or need some solution ideas that you can then take and run with.

Includes 2 sessions and a follow-up:
  • Session 1 - We'll discuss your space and organizing concerns and goals, and I'll take this away to develop some solutions for you
  • Session 2 – Review my recommendations and action plan
  • Follow-up  support (15 min) – one follow-up e-mail or phone coaching session to answer any questions you have or challenges you’re experiencing in getting the job done!

 
Organize Me!
This package is for you if you want the hands-on help and support of an Organizing Professional to work with you in digging through the piles and creating order.  You may have been intending to get into your organizing project for a long time but keep procrastinating, or you continually get side tracked and never finish the job.  You may have emotional attachment to your "stuff" and need coaching and support to help you make decisions about letting go.

Includes:
  • Session 1 - We'll discuss your space and organizing concerns and goals, and I'll take this away to develop some solutions for you
  • Session 2 – Review my recommendations and action plan
  • Working sessions - Work the plan - I'll work beside you to Sort, Purge, Assign, and Compartmentalize
