Fitness Retreats are designed to introduce guests to various fitness activities and take a vacation at the same time.

The goal of a fitness retreat is to enjoy healthy eating and exercise and return home a healthier and happier individual with the knowledge of how to maintain your health and reduce stress in your daily life.

There are primarily two types of fitness retreat vacations.

The first is like a traditional spa vacation with the focus more on pampering and relaxation.

The second type is more in line with an adventure fitness vacation and may include various outdoor activities and fitness routines like aerobics, strengthening and toning, stretching and flexibility, and coordination and balance.
